For this project, I led the design and creative direction of the official website for Nuton, a pioneering initiative by Rio Tinto focused on advancing bio-heap leaching technology to unlock new sources of copper in a more sustainable and efficient way.
My role encompassed the full creative lifecycle—from conceptual development and user experience strategy to visual design and brand storytelling. Working closely with stakeholders, we crafted a digital presence that reflects Nuton’s innovative spirit, technological credibility, and commitment to environmental responsibility.
The final site balances a modern, clean aesthetic with purposeful content architecture, making complex science accessible and engaging for a global audience of investors, partners, and the general public. The design emphasizes transparency, sustainability, and innovation, aligning with Rio Tinto’s broader brand while giving Nuton its own distinct identity.
